Michael Aaron Hunt passed away at 63 years old from complications brought on by heart failure on Thursday, October 8th, 2020.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date and further information will be released once a date is set.
Mike was born to Frieda Irene Hunt and Walter Clark Hunt in Wichita, Kansas on June 17, 1957.  He grew up in Harper, Kansas until he dropped out of school, lied about his age and joined the Navy at 17 years old.  
His last years were spent cutting firewood, gambling at the local casino and fishing with his best friend George Graham out of Stillwater, OK.  He was in the Navy, a mechanic, a cook, a dishwasher, a truck driver, a father, a grandfather and an uncle.  Everyone who knew him knew his wry smile, his inappropriate humor and his overly dramatic lectures.
Mike is survived by his wife Mary Hunt along with his five daughters and their families: Crystalee Tryon, her husband Mike Tryon, their children Rebekah, Evan and Jonathan.  Amber Harrison, her husband Sean and their children Kiera and Berlynn.  Rosa Hunt, her fiancé Jarrett Vann, Alyssa and Alaura Hunt.  His sisters Jeanie Biernacki and Cheryl Schroeder.  
He is preceded in death by his father Walter, his mother Frieda, his brother Tony Biester, and his sister Goiea Linder.
