Troy Dale Conn was born on April 5 1959 in Idabel, Oklahoma. He joined the angels in Heaven on January 11, 2020 Troy is proceeded in death by his Mom, Lillian Conn Vails and James Vails of Luther, Oklahoma. His adopted Father Robert E Conn and William Fines of Idabel, Oklahoma.

Troy is survived by Sisters, Teresa and husband Dexter Thomas of Luther Oklahoma and Bayou Vista Texas Penne and husband James Wright of Idabel, Oklahoma, Billie Pitchford of Idabel, Oklahoma and  Brother Allen Fines and wife Tammy of Idabel, Oklahoma Nephews (Teresa) Buddy, Jarrod, Brian and Ethan all of Luther Oklahoma, (Penne) Scott  and Jarod of Idabel, (Allen) Brandon and Crystal of Idabel and (Billie) Nicole and Christopher of Idabel Oklahoma And many other friends and extended family.

Troy grew up in Oklahoma City and graduated from Putnam City High School in 1977 and received a HVAC Certification in 1979 He lived in the same home most of his life and with his lawn mower met many lifelong friends.  Troy used that lawn mower to help speed his recovery from a car accident when he was a young man. Troy enjoyed Nascar, Professional Wrestling and Old Western Movies, Gunsmoke was his all-time favorite show.  He enjoyed building model cars and working outside. Troy was a kind hearted soul with an ability to find happiness in any situation.
